Temple Renovations in Japan

It seemed like every other World Heritage Site that I visited in Kansai Prefecture had a major renovation of a premier building going on. As you have seen in a few of my photos, there is always a new structure or tenting built around the old structure while work is commencing. I always wondered what it looked like inside. Well, here at Nissa-ji they have anticipated that question and posted a display to illustrate how the work is carried out.
